Due to the nature of our business (each order being made to order Customized Items) your payment will be processed immediately upon submitting your order. ** ARRIVAL TIMES ** Please let us know if you have an event date you need your item(s) by. We will try our best to accomodate your needs. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships.
STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING ~ 2 to 3 Weeks ~ Our processing time is typically 2 to 3 days but may take up to 7 to 10 days during high volume seasons. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships.
DOMESTIC RUSH ORDERS ~ Received within 4 Business Days - 1 Day Processing then 2 to 3 days ship time. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships.
If you have a domestic shipment that has taken longer than 4 weeks to receive please email support@youruniquebowtique.com and let us know.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ~ 4 to 6 Weeks. We can NOT guarantee delivery times on International orders due to the amount of time it may take to get through Customs. Most International orders are received within 3 weeks, however it can take up to 6 or longer if Customs has a large volume of packages to pass through. For this reason, we are unable to offer Expedite or Rush services for International orders.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ~ Please note that all sales are final. ~ Since we are a Customized Boutique and each item is hand made to order we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please read sizes carefully before ordering. If your child has a larger or smaller head size than average for her age, please take that into consideration. If you are unsure, it's better to order a size up. You are welcome to include the head measurements in the comments section at checkout to ensure a better fit.
